Interview
Zwei Vorstellungsgespräche mit jeweils einen Manager und einen Senior Manager aus der jeweiligen Abteilung. Sehr angenehme Fragen - größten teils personal fit questions und Motivation. Technische Fragen zum größten Teil zum Accounting. Zusammenhang financial statements, CF Analyse, Bestandteile FDD / VDD. Impairment Bewertung. Teilweise auf englisch. Alles im allem war es ein sehr angenehmes Gespräch und durch aus weiter zu empfehlen.
The interview process was pretty relaxed. Standard behavioral/ motivational questions. Just use STAR,know about the type of work they do and what specifically draws you to them over the other big 4 and you’re fine
Apply via the KPMG website. You will then have to fill in a form confirming your details. Receive a call from HR confirming the interview date and time. Once successful at the interview - write an assessment. After being shortlisted you will attend a written case study (individual work , similar to an exam) then partners interview and final offer.

It was an online interview. First was the Aptitude round, then happened 2 rounds of technical interviews for 30 min. and 1 hour respectively, followed by an HR round on the same day.

Initially, the interview was resume-based. Technical questions include valuation questions (DCF and valuation multiples), financial statement formats, and transaction impact on financial statements.
