after interviewed by HR, i was asked to complete and pass 2 tests which numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning test. I pass both tests and proceed to complete occupation healthy test. This test is to understand your character in the work place. 2 weeks after i completed this test, HR arranged an interview for me with the partner. The interview process took 15 minutes and some general questions was asked.
