I applied through college or university. I interviewed at KPMG (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
As an outstanding student I've been promised to have a shorter interview process by the HR (Because I told them that some of my friends that finished the degree with distinction got with only a partner interview).
Not only I didn't have a shorter process but the process was super long and changed a couple of times. (started with an HR interview + psychometric test on the site, then a partner interview (on the site) the partner said in the interview that I will have to make a test (Not as promised) but It will be a short one (30-1 hour), the next day they called me and asked if I could come to a 2-3 hour test. Then the next day they called and told me that I need to do another interview with a manager.
To cut a long story short - the process was not clear and definitely not as promised and the hole experience was bad.
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview process for the KPMG internship was straightforward and professional. After submitting my application online, I was contacted for an initial screening. The interview focused mainly on my background, interest in KPMG, teamwork experience, and why I wanted to work in professional services. The interviewer was friendly and made the process feel comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience and not too stressful.

Group Interview, not necessarily in turns, standard question on "Tell me about yourself", "Why KPMG?", "Why should KPMG hire you" and just-to-know-you question based on resume.
In my case, recruiter/interviewer was professional and kind.
