I first had a call from KPMG and they asked me questions about my resume then I was given 6 online assestments. After like a week they called me and said they wanted to interview me. Since I don't have working experience the interviewer which is the audit director of the comapny ask me situational question like what is your experience in managing conflict? and basic question like why audit and what you know about audit. It was a 20 minutes interview.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
