Cordial, 30 minutes in person interview, and then a group exercise with other applicants to showcase project management and presentation/communication skills. The group exercise tests your ability to work collaboratively in a team, communicate effectively, and apply project management skills in a dynamic setting.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.

Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
