Molto negativo che non forniscano un feedback in caso di esito finale negativo. Sopratutto dopo che si hanno passato tutti gli step (test passati con esito positivo, HR positivo, collquio con il partner che sembra essere andato bene) e poi con grande ritardo rispetto agli accordi comunicano un esito finale dell'iter di selezione negativo senza alcun dettaglio e senza la possibilità di chiedere informazioni in merito.
