KPMG Senior Manager interview questions

Three interview rounds were conducted, with the final round involving the hiring manager to assess the candidate’s overall fit, relevant experience, communication style, and alignment with the team’s goals, work expectations, and the organization’s culture and values.

Two interviews, one with director and one with head of department and one director. Face to face meeting in KPMG office in Stockholm. Two way communications, try to understand if they fit to me and I fit to them. Fair process overall.
