I was a referral so the head of the department I was interviewing for called me and we did a phone interview. I then came into the office for a couple hours and met with the team and the head and just got to know them. My last interview was with the CEO and he asked me questions that showed him how self aware I was, how I reacted to strange situations, and how honest I was willing to be with them
