A grueling interview - long and tough, but a good kind of tough. A balance of serious technical and personality questions. Many unusual questions to determine if you are a fit and throw you off balance. The culture at Kabbage is a bit uncensored at times, so they make sure up front that you aren't easily offended.

2 phone call screenings, panel interview and then culture fit interview. Phone screens were informational and quick and to the point, panel interview was 3 hours with 3 different groups of people (immediate team, related tech team members, manager) the culture interview was with a founder and was a casual chat.
