Two parts a screening and then a technical where you do some coding questions and some database normalizing. The interviewer said my solution was a lot better than previous interviewees. Ultimately I did not get an offer. In my screening we spent 10 minutes why I don’t have a B.S. They rely heavily on employees to have a degree. I think if a company is hung up on why you don’t have a degree even though you ace the interview it’s not going to be a good fit. Ever.
