I Applied online and was called within a few weeks. They sent a hirevue i think is what its called. Its a pre interview where you record yourself answering some questions they have on there. Once you pass that then it goes to the hiring manager. If your chosen then they will email you or call to schedule an interview. I Was interviewed by just the manager over the phone. She asked several questions.
