Interview
Received a call from a recruiter in HR four weeks after I submitted an online application. The
recruiter asked if I was still interested in the position. We then set a date and time for the call. The same person called to conduct the interview.
I had an interview with the hiring manager and she moved me to the next round. In the next round, I interviewed with someone who asked me about experiences that weren’t mentioned in the job description and which I didn’t have. So the interview went quickly. I wasn’t surprised to not move forward but I didn’t hear back at all, which was not appreciated after having gone through a couple of rounds of interviews.
Questions were typical and I only went through a few rounds. First met with the HR recruiter then with the hiring manager. After I passed their interviews I then met with the VP.
