The interview round process includes the Department Director and Quality Assurance team members. They inquire as to why the position is desires, what qualities does the candidate have that would make them a good fit and a scenario like, "Suppose you were planning a dinner party, what would you consider when doing so?" They want to know if you can think about potential allergies, seating arrangements, elements of organization and self-management. If one makes it through this round of the process, then a second interview is held with the Department Manager and the Senior Regional Directors. The reason I didn't receive the position was because, although I speak fluent conversational Spanish, they were needing someone who had certified Qualified Bilingual Spanish Interpreter skills.
