I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Mar 2017
Interview
The process was simple; I received a phone screening interview which had basic behavioral-type questions before proceeding onto the second round, this time with an executive who I was to work under should I have gotten the position. These questions were much more open-ended, being focused on my experiences as a student at my university and why I care about healthcare.

Super long to even get in the interview process. I feel like it’s just a waiting game. Overall the managers were super nice and were having conversations rather than just making it strictly an interview
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Pasadena, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied online through the Kaiser Permanente website. It took a while to hear back, as Kaiser HR is notorious for taking a long time to screen applicants. I was finally given an interview offer after 3 months. Standard pre-interview process, with paperwork to fill out, drug screen, physical etc. Panel Interview with 4 interviewers. Group interview with 10 interviewees.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied online through my campus job board and was contacted roughly a few weeks after. I was summoned to go to the location in Pasadena, CA but since I was in school at the time, my interview was conducted via webex.
The overall interview was pretty straghtforward, overall a positive experience. Heard back about 4 days later telling me I got the job pending a drug test within 48 hrs.
I cant wait to work for them this summer.
