I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Pasadena, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
It was a panel interview - once you passed the panel, then a one on one interview was granted. A panel interview is always a bit nervous because you have to answer to several indivudals at once.

Interview
First interviewed with the Chief of Staff and then with the executive I’ll be supporting. Interviews were each 30 mins, very warm and conversational. Video calls. Equal time spent explaining the position as much as asking me about myself to make sure it was a good fit both ways.
