I was an intern the summer prior to getting hired on full time. So I had already gone through the internship interview with my current manager. When she interviewed me for the full-time position, we just touched base and asked me a few more questions about how I work with others and balance multiple projects / deadlines.
Expect your first interview to be a case study without having time to prepare. "There are no wrong answers".. proceeds to tell you that your answer is wrong. No status updates on jobs either. If I hadn't reached out I would've been left hanging.

Interview
Very communicative interviewers who cared a lot about the work place fit in addition to the skills you bring. The teams seemed somewhat disjointed but there were a lot of benefits and good projects they were excited to share. Unfortunately the HR process is tedious and I didn’t get follow up after an interview or they hired internally. It seemed a bit unprofessional.
