A disjointed series of calls from some RPO they have outsourced "candidate sourcing" to, slipshod, non-responsive communication and a few ~jump-on-at the last minute and barrage the interviewee with random challenges to their perfect fit for the role" type virtual hazing rituals for team sport and bonding.
