Applied online and was called with in three days four a brief telephone overview. Was invited for in person interview right away. Had a panel interview: myself and 3 others competed for 2 available jobs in front of 9 staff members that included nurses, physicians, 2 managers and an MA. Was called the hours later with job offer.
