The first round of interviews was in a group setting where we first introduce our partner and explain why they should be hired. Then we each answer a question in front of everyone including the panel which are all behavioral based questions. After doing these two things, they decide who move forward for the 1:1 interview with the panel which is held within the same dat.
The interview process started as tell me about yourself and ask all behavioral questions. The panel were all very friendly and professional. They ask if we have any questions for them. They made the experience really comfortable for the new grads.
