I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Irvine, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
This is for KP Irvine. Submitted app online, selected for supplemental “career snapshot” which consisted of 3 essay questions, then group interview with 25 people. Introduce person next to you and randomly select one question to answer. Not sure if this is normal but 25 ppl just seemed too much for one group. Spent way too much time listening to others and not much opportunity to talk. 60 total people were interviewed for 4 spots.
