Long long interview Lots of behavioral questions Not much detail was explained about the role Transparency about the responsibilities and specially the team smbers and team structure was missing. Overall I saw conflict between members of the panel during the interview. Which was not the what I expected

Group panel will test your knowledge in accounting. After hiring, the drug test is required. Department was very slow to respond to new employees. Alot of the work is redundant and inefficient however managers keep insisting that it is best to be redundant than sorry. Very slow to react to innovative ideas.
