Itinerary was sent in advance. Full day interview with multiple people, some telephonic, some panel and some one on one. Overall interview process was not tough but very lengthy. Offered good opportunity to get to know them with tour of facility, physicians working there seemed happy. That was a good sign. Everyone seemed friendly and that was one of the main reasons I considered this option.
