The hiring manager reached out to me directly from pulling my resume and information through their talent portal, as I had applied to several similar positions at Kaiser. She asked to set up time for an informational interview that same day, and we chatted on the phone for an hour. The conversation went very well, and she asked me to answer some questions and send back responses by the following week, and that she'd like to set up time for second round interview to walk through my responses. The questions were behavioral, and I spent several hours working on these responses. When I submitted them to her, no word. I followed up twice over the following week and still did not hear back. Very disappointed for such a poor interview process. The least you could do is circle back to let me know that the role is filled, not available anymore, or provide some sort of explanation. Please don't leave people in the dark - very unprofessional and has left a bad taste in my mouth.
