I applied for the position online, a few weeks later I received communication from the company for an interview. Arrangements were made by me to come out to Northern California (Kaiser reimbursed me later). My interview was for one day, I visited the clinic/medical offices. I had interview with 3 department chairs, lunch with other physician in the group.

There was no difficult questions, very straight forward.
lengthy interview, interviewed with panel of four to dix doctors
interviewed at three different sites.
all interviews were similar, you interview with the chief and then panel of physicians. interviews last about half a day, includes lunch.
very casual with 4 member panel. gave good overview of the job. HR present for the whole interview . interview was very short. got offer fairly quickly after the interview, onboarding was great
