Kaiser takes a very long time to screen applicants but once I was able to get my resume seen by the recruiter for this job it went pretty fast. By the time I became a candidate others were already in final interviews so the hiring manager interview, panel interview and case study interviews were all scheduled back to back. Everyone was pleasant through the process. Three days after my final interview I received an offer. Unfortunately I did not accept the offer after a few days of salary negotiations. It was a very tough choice to decline, and I would have been more than happy working at Kaiser if they could have met me in the middle with a competing offer I had. All in all it was a great experience and interacted with great people.
