First interview was a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager, and the second interview was a 2 hour call with three of the heads of departments. They were not very friendly, or sounded interested in me as a worker.

I interviewed directly with the manager of the department. Overall, it was a fairly straightforward process and I felt like the manager learned more about me and I was able to learn more about what the department does and stands for.
