I got an email to schedule an interview and was asked to provide a sample of my writing. I had one interview on video with the hiring manager and was completely ghosted. I sent follow-up emails as well and heard nothing. I felt it was extremely rude and the way we ended the interview was on a positive note. It would have been disappointing to get a "we're not moving forward" email but nothing was worse and disrespectful of my time and effort.
