Interview
The interview process was quite easy and it was conducted by the Project Manager. The PM was kind enough to provide the background information about KP in general and the expectations for the role. The interview started with:
1. Introduction about yourself
2. Describe your passion and expectations for the applied position
3. Types of methodology that I applied in my projects
Nothing crazy.
But, please make sure that you keep in touch with the interviewers.
Well, I had an experience that I was accepted as an intern but, the HR had forgotten to inform me about the new. I almost lost the opportunity. Fortunately, I followed up with the PM to get my status. It was such a close call.
