From my experience, after submitting my resume I was contacted by a recruiter. After speaking to the recruiter, they sent me a link to apply. After several emails to follow up- Round two was with the hiring manager of the team. Round three was supposed to be with members of the team.

Recruiter was very slow and non responsive - it takes a very long time for them to follow up with you on status of the application submitted. KP is known to be a black home if résumés.

Very organized process with scheduling and met very nice people during the process. Facilities are new and modern. The interview process was professional and used panels of peers and leaders. There were threes interviews total.
