Questions were situation based and the panel was also keen to know how I have managed some of the odd situations in my previous organizations. There were 5 people in the panel: Two clients, two Managers and a Project Manager

Interview
The first technical round is really good and asked really clearly, also they made select one question test, I passed that round without issues. The final interview gets difficult because of the pronunciation of certain people (not from US) that is in the final round of the recruitment process.

As I said, I had to be constantly guessing what was the question more than twice, because the English was very bad, however, I remember on question related of how to address communication when different teams dont want to execute their part of the process in a timely matter.
