I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Riverside, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
There are 2 interviews, 1 over the phone and the second is a group interview. The group interview was definitely the more important of the two and you will want to impress the interviewees to get the position. There were 6 interviewees in the group and we all had to draw questions out of a jar and answer them. One of the questions I received was what are the important components of a consultation. Make sure you stand out and you will get the position.

Interview
The interview process was supposed to be a group interview with a panel of three interviewers. However, it ended up just being me and the three interviewers. So, my experience was a little bit intimidating.
