Initially lead to understand there would be 3 stages. McQuaig survey followed by a 30 minute phone interview, And then a final face to face interview which includes a 15 minute test. There is now to be a 4th technical interview also. This seems a lot given the salaries and role type. All interview questions asked were taken from McQuaig survey report.
