In my first conversation, all the details were fleshed out - salary expectation, holiday allowance, roles and responsibilities, etc. I was then asked if I was interested in applying for the role. I said yes. Stage one of the interview was a telephone call with my soon to be line manager. Second stage of the interview was 2 X online online tests to test your cognitive speed and memory. If you passed those, you got through to a face to face interview. The face to face interview was full of competency questions and a practical test. Lastly, an offer was made, which I accepted.
