Initial zoom meeting with sales manager, followed by presentation about 'Why Kallidus? Why Me?' and further interview questions with sales manager. After this, presented again to more senior employees and more interview questions. Allison was very helpful at the beginning of the process, particularly with a personal issue around the time of my application. Following the interview, I was assured the team would let me know the outcome the following day, Friday, however I did not hear anything until the Monday. I received a polite but short email letting me know I hadn't been successful, with rather generic feedback. I replied asking for a little more detail on why I hadn't been successful, and was quite disappointed not to recieve a reply. Of course appreciate the employees are busy, but given the hours of preparation required for this proccess, a ten minute feedback call or email would have been very useful.
