Honestly the worst interview experience i've ever had - i'm a fairly recent graduate so have done maybe 30-40 interviews recently. This was the worst by far. First interview was great, bonded with who would've been my manager if I had got through the final interview - he made me produce a powerpoint on why I would suit the role etc. I passed through into the final stage, where there were just 3 candidates remaining. I was told you will need to do the presentation again, and you could use the same one, and so I did. This time, at the final stage, the presentation was to the CRO and VP of sales. I was told it was "disappointing", and could hear the VP of sales actually laughing at me and showing absolutely no interest in even being there, despite being told it was "fantastic" in the previous interview by who would've been my manager (who was also sat in the final stage). The EXACT SAME presentation, was now "disappointing", despite being told it was fantastic in the previous round. There was just absolutely no consistency to their recruitment process.
