I withdrew myself from this process. The GlassDoor reviews of the company are great so I was really excited, but the interview process gave me red flags. I am not sure if Kallidus or the recruitment company are to blame for some of this, nobody claimed responsibility. 30 min interview with hiring manager - they never turned up. Asked what had happened and was told another interview ran over, which made me feel like I was a less desirable candidate. Rescheduled the interview. The hiring manager did not acknowledge that I had been stood up the first time, never mind apologise. The whole call felt very rushed and fast paced like they didn’t have much time or patience for it. I was asked to do the next stage which was a task but I no longer felt passionate enough about the role to invest any more time. Really disappointing process.
