The process was multiple stage, but was organised very efficiently - so I wasn't left awaiting answers. I was kept informed throughout all stages of the application., which I found really engaging. This was an initial phone screening with the warm & friendly Alison Miles, then a very relaxed and discussional first interview with Steve Frisby. From there, a 2 part McQuaig assessment was taken online, and finally a last interview with Steve, joined by Tilly Martin. All of these stages were held virtually for me which is fantastic, modern and accommodative. Both of the interviews were really welcoming and the atmosphere felt that they were taking the time to get to know me and what I could offer, which also allowed me to get to know more about Kallidus as an organisation. They weren't asking questions with a purpose of putting you under pressure, on the spot or to trip you up.
