Informal 30 minute interview with the head of UX (etc a ux designer). She asked me about my research process, explained a bit about the role and when I'd hear back. It was really terrible of them because they told me I'd hear back and I just never did. I waited 3 weeks for the interview and I emailed her the week after for a follow up but she just ignored my email. I can see they are unprofessional in there ways of working so it didn't surprise me. but shame on them for wasting my time.
