Interview
Two initial psychometric tests online. Then a panel interview. I think there was supposed to be a talent/HR chat before that as interviews assumed it did happen and gave more insight into the role. Most of the questions biased towards fairly technical stuff - memory management, callbacks vs observer, design patterns, locking mechanisms. Haven't seen that for a good while and rightly so bombed. Did make me question approach though!
