Interview
The interview process starts with a Flutter quiz on a website, followed by an asynchronous video interview where you're asked to record responses to a set of questions. The second stage is a take home assignment that takes around 2 days to complete. Unfortunately, after submitting the assignment, you're either ghosted or receive a generic rejection with no feedback or explanation. It feels like they rarely, if ever, actually hire anyone through this process. It's a waste of time.
They don't do anything right. Be prepared to be ghosted after the take home assignment.
It is not the first time I've seeing that and they didn't change their approach.
It is a waste of time and effort.
