Kalshi interview questions

I wish I had read the previous review posted here: "The hiring process was disorganized—they missed two scheduled interviews, then ghosted me after a tech assessment. The interviews were spaced weeks apart, and they were unresponsive in some cases." It perfectly describes the experience I recently had. The Chief of Staff scheduled a call and then ghosted me. When we rescheduled, he seemingly forgot about the second call we has scheduled as well. No reason was ever given for missing the first call. All of this gives a glimpse into what it might be like to work for the company, so in hindsight, I probably dodged a bullet.
