      Lengthy, courteous detailed, thorough, objective questions by the human resources professional, which later transitioned to subjective questions by the hiring manager, extensive discussion on various work place experiences, followed up with thank you cards to manager and human resources person. Courteous security guard and separate interview locations.

      They wanted to know employment history, my reasons for separation, references, years of experience with various systems and equipment, computer skills, technical skills, people skills, employer's reasons for separation, salary expectations, willingness to work on flexible schedules, whether I was pro-union or anti-union, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, problem solving, situational ethics, and willingness to learn.
