I applied online, followed by online interview with HR for 20 mins, then had a behavioral fit meeting with the team, director and manager and then they gave me case study to complete in 2 hours and present it and interpret it together in the panel interview. The whole process was quite fast. Then it became an infinite ghosting. A month of followups, no one responded to my emails. I get that at the end, they might have chosen another candidate but after 2 interviews with the same people and fast-responding HR, that I'm ghosted after the last stage, that's extremely mean and such an awful process. I was very motivated and excited for the role, especially working at Kantar. But this experience says a lot about the organizational culture. So, I'm glad it didn't happen. Very dissapointed. As of today, it's been a bit more than 2 months I'm still waiting for a response...
