I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kantar (London, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
Was told about job via recruitment agency. Had first interview on Wednesday at recruiters offices with my now manager. Second interview was two days later. Was offered job that afternoon. Interviews were very casual, more of a chat about what I've been up to and them telling me about the role. The second interview was with Sales Director who asked a few serious questions, but nothing difficult.
Coffee interview then meet the team. Both were in person. The coffee was with the managing director as I was recommended internally. Then when I met the team it was at their office and they were kind enough to give me an office tour.
The interview process involved 3–4 rounds, including conversations with HR, the direct manager, and senior leadership. However, the assignment felt overly complex, with expectations that were too high, tedious, and somewhat unrealistic for a candidate assessment.
