Communication was excellent, was scheduled for a 90min interview with 3 people. It ended up being a little over 2 hours with an additional 2 last minute. Interview process was unbelievably easy, no interview questions, just wanting to know background information and see if your personality matches. Was told the company is fantastic in the sense they do a courtesy call if the candidate doesn’t get the position; which is very personal and fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that luxury. I got an email, and when I asked for feedback all communication has disappeared. Fantastic interview process, great people had a good connection with them all, had the experience and personality, so not sure why I didn’t get the job.
