Interviewed by three people, two directors and one senior associate, interview went rather well, and could tell that company culture was vibrant and people orientated. However it was rather difficult to get HR to respond or follow up for confirming dates as I had to keep reminding them to let me know so I could take leave in advance.

If you were a CEO, how would you spread out ten products across the BCG matrix and what is your reasoning behind it?
Really appreciated how casual and interactive the interview process was — it encouraged open dialogue and made it easy to showcase my real experiences instead of rehearsed answers. Great example of how interviews can be both professional and human.

Managed well and organised by HR, assessment day was insightful. Interviews were nice and questions weren’t too difficult but lots of follow up. Overall, don’t think it would an inconvenience to apply.
