My first interview with them was with numerous people which was already a bit overwhelming as I didn't know who to listen to when they spoke over each other on a video call. They asked role specific questions, asked to be walked through my CV,... Then they asked my approach to at least 3 different scenarios. Over all they had a sad, strict, and exhausted vibe (might be due to them working long hours), which was very off putting but understandable. They said I had the necessary skills but didn't fit into their team, which was clear do to me not giving off an overworked/exhausted impression.
