Started with a medium difficulty level aptitude test asking questions belonging to CET level with some questions of CAT level too. Also had to write an essay on a very generic topic like , Are flyover elitist? , then an interview with the group business director and then had to write two essays on the topics given. The topics were , Is FMCG sector growing through a contradiction & Should educational qualifications should be a criteria for politicians?

Amazing experience, they asked me to share my views on sports and how do I analyse my likes and dislikes. This was followed with a psychometric test and aptitude. The difficulty of test was medium.
