Interview
The interview process was a bit weird. It started with a lady briefing about the good of the company and let me ask a few questions for follow-up on that. After that, another interviewer asked me probability-related questions. He asked me whether I would be okay with relocation and did my background check. Later on, the lady in the interview said that her colleague had covered all the questions and the interview ended in 35 minutes with a note that I would be hearing from them through HR soon. I have not received any response yet.

Interview
The interview questions themselves were fairly standard and commonly encountered in such settings. However, the process became quite challenging due to the stringent time limits imposed on each response. Candidates had to think quickly and provide precise, well-formulated answers within a very short timeframe, adding a significant level of pressure and requiring excellent time management skills to ensure they could address each question thoroughly and effectively.

Interview
Was alright. Clear process and outcome. Strengths and weaknesses. Via Teams. Very nice lady recruiter. Questions are typical, around budget, team management, insight, fit, client relationships building, winning new business.
