I had a really poor experience with this organisation. After an initial conversation with the head recruiter, who stated they’d follow up within two days regarding next steps, I followed up myself, only to receive no response at all. No acknowledgement, no update, not even a courtesy message. Despite showing clear interest and effort on my part, I was completely ghosted.
In hindsight, this feels like a bullet dodged. During the call, the recruiter candidly admitted that things had been chaotic since their merger, which now explains the radio silence, but doesn’t excuse it. When a recruitment team can't manage basic communication or follow-through, it reflects a deeper cultural issue. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine what it's like internally. Pathetic.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kantata (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Initial call with a hiring manager, 1-1 interview followed by panel presentation and interview. All done via Zoom. Questions were mostly about Customer success in general and how the principles were applied at Kantata.
